Apple crumble

Well, the recipe of apple crumble (the sweet you could try on the last occasion we met): Ingredients: Crumble topping: 300 g plain flour, 150 g sugar, 200 g butter Filling: 450 g apple (cored, peeled, sliced), 45 g sugar, 1 spoon of flour, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon Preparation: Pre-heat the oven to 180 C. Put the flour and the sugar into a bowl, add the butter and rub them together until it looks crumbly. Scatter the apples with sugar, flour and cinnamon. Put it into a casserole. Sprinkle the crumble topping evenly over the top of the apples. Cook in the oven for 30 - 40 minutes until lightly golden brown.

Ilyenkor törülközővel járunk, és gyakran figyeljük az eget, hátha lestoppolhatunk egy repülő csészealjat, és itthagyhatjuk ezt a jobbára ártalmatlan bolygót. De ez itt nem a Törülközőnap története.
